I love falsies. What I don’t love? Sitting still for what feels like hours to get lash extensions, being super delicate while washing my face, or babying them so they don’t shed too soon.

Temporary false lashes? Now those are my jam. They’re quick, customizable, and way less commitment. I’ve tested a ton over the years, and these five are the ones I keep coming back to—they’re always in my makeup drawer and perfect for everything from everyday wear to a night out.

While I genuinely recommend all of these products, in full transparency, some of the links I share are affiliate links. That just means I might earn a small commission if you make a purchase—no extra cost to you, just a little support for The Mid, and 5 new lashes for you to try out!

  1. Eylure – Style 003: Lightweight, natural-looking, and such a steal. These average out to about $1 per wear, and each set comes with a mini glue. They’re super gentle on my eyes and don’t feel heavy at all.
  2. Kiss – My Lash But Better All Mine: These are one of the few Kiss banded lashes that actually give a natural vibe. I usually find Kiss styles too voluminous for my taste, but this one hits the sweet spot. Heads-up: they don’t come with glue, so make sure you have some on hand.
  3. Kiss Impress – Natural Clusters: I want to love these… and I mostly do. They take a little practice to apply (they go under your lashes instead of on top), and I can feel them a bit while wearing. Still, they look great once on and last surprisingly well for what is supposed to be a one time use.
  4. Glamnetic – Style Cat Eye Natural: My go-to magnetic lashes! Lightweight, long-wearing, and best of all—no lash glue needed. They don’t damage my natural lashes and are perfect for quick glam without the mess.
  5. Kiss Falscara DIY Extensions – Lengthening Wisps
Think: at-home lash extensions without the commitment. These are similar to the Impress style, but the big win? They’re reusable! You apply the wisps and then brush on the sealing adhesive. A little more effort, but totally worth it for the soft, fluttery finish.
